Unley Remembers with Gratitude

Wednesday 11 November 2015 marked the 97th Anniversary of the Armistice which ended the First World War (1914-1918). As part the commemoration of the ANZAC Centenary, students from the schools in the Unley area remembered their old scholars who served our country by unveiling memorial plaques at the Unley Remembrance Day ceremony at the Unley Soldiers Memorial Gardens.

The decision by TAFE SA to cut its Certificate lll Jewellery Manufacturing course despite being the sole provider under the Weatherill Government’s WorkReady program will hurt the local jewellery industry and cut jobs for young South Australians.
